The long road

Every big thing starts small. Ours started with two friends, a camera and the stubborn belief that a page on the internet could feel like a tea shop in Kerala — warm, loud, welcoming, and full of stories.

The long-term goal

NikkisCafe is building towards something bigger than content: a self-sustaining community of givers. A place where the person you helped last year is the mentor someone else finds this year. Where knowledge compounds like interest, and kindness has a network effect.

Over the next years we want to:

• Grow our mentorship circles across every district of Kerala and beyond.
• Take our career and health awareness programmes into schools and colleges.
• Build a volunteer network strong enough to answer any call for help.
• Document a thousand real stories, so no lesson learned here is ever lost.

The milestones below are how far we've come. The blank space after them is the part we will write together.
